Argento’s “My Argentina” Contributors Competition Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Only one entry is allowed per person.

2. Over 18 year olds minimum. If the drinking age in your country is older than this, such as 21, then you must be at least that age to enter.

3. By entering Argento’s ‘My Argentina’ competition you allow Argento to contact you via email about Argento products and services. You can opt out of future commercial communications at anytime. For full details of our privacy policy click here.

4. This competition is not open to Argento employees or their families.

5. Only entries submitted via the competition email address [email protected] will be eligible.

6. Each entry must contain one piece of content (video or text), the entrant’s name and a valid email address. Entries which do not include all of this information will not be valid. Entrants are also encouraged to give more details of their writing or video production experience and social media following.

7. All entries must take the form of either a 400-500 word piece of text (images allowed) or a 1-2 minute video. Written entries must be in English. Video entries must be in English or have English subtitles.

8. Only entries which meet the criteria outlined in this document will be eligible to win.

9. If a winner does not respond within 2 working days of being contacted by Argento, an alternative winner will be chosen and contacted in their place.

10. The best entries will be posted/reposted on Argento social media profiles and on the blog. Argento reserves the right to use this material for any promotional or commercial activity.

11. Winners will be selected at the end of the competition. An entry being highlighted as the best of a week or month does not mean it is a winning entry.

12. Winners will be offered the chance to become a paid freelance writer for The Real Argentina blog.

13. Winners must provide details of their time spent in Argentina (suitability to be decided by Argento). If a winner is unable to do this, an alternative winner will be chosen and contacted in their place.

14. The competition will close on 30 January 2014 at 23:59 GMT.

15. Winners will be chosen on 31 January 2014. Argento reserves the right to make the final decision on the winners.

16. Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or any other Argento product or service.

17. Argento reserves the right to end this competition at any time.
